Celebrating the T&G Building’s new atrium with our tenants

13 June 2018

Last month, Pembroke hosted our first tenant event to celebrate the much-anticipated completion of the spectacular T&G Building atrium. The atrium reaches 10-storeys high, allowing natural light to fill the building – drawing the outside in.

Over 500 building tenants attended the breakfast event to get their first taste of the new atrium, showcasing the T&G Building’s stunning communal space. The event was spectacularly styled with large wooden tables decorated with floral displays by Flos Botanical Studio. The decorations made for a rich, warm autumnal mood, lifted with soft blush, white and silver grey floral arrangements.

Tenants met and mingled, with breakfast pastries aplenty from local patissiers Lune and Tivoli Road Bakery, who provided a delicious array of croissants, cruffins and donuts – our favourites were Lune’s lemon curd cruffins and Tivoli Road’s Nutella filled donuts!

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Melbourne breakfast event without coffee – our friends at Square One Coffee Roasters and Higher Ground set up coffee carts in the lobby area providing all tenants with the kick start they needed for a busy day ahead.

Guitarist Andrew Loadsman played throughout the morning whilst tenants explored the atrium, took a load off, and caught up with their fellow T&G Building community.

We are extremely excited for the refurbishment to be completed and look forward to getting to know our wonderful tenants over the coming months.

Stay tuned… !
