Hit the runway at Melbourne Fashion Week

The long-awaited fashion event of the season, Melbourne Fashion Week (MFW) is here. With exclusive shopping experiences and fashion showcases, this annual event is one not to be missed… all within a ten-minute walk of the T&G Building.
Put on your best dress or suit and experience the action first hand. Below we share our top three events to attend:
Friday 1 September 2017
5:00pm – 10:00pm
Bourke Street Mall
Walking distance from the T&G Building: 10 minutes
The Vogue American Express Fashion Night Out is a ONE NIGHT ONLY shopping event. With hundreds of retailers, you will have access to exclusive specials all night long. Shop while sipping on champagne or stop and enjoy a runway show.
Friday 1 September
5:00pm – 11:00pm
Collins Place
Walking distance from the T&G Building: 5 minutes
Rokk Ebony & Rokk Man Barbers team up with Collins Place to showcase their new season trends on the opening night of MFW! The runway show will feature new season looks from designers such as Rhodes & Beckett, MJ Bale, Seed Heritage amongst many other standout designers. Visit this event and be treated to a pop-up champagne bar, canapés and live music.

The Old Met Shop, Melbourne Town Hall
Walking distance from the T&G Building: 5 minutes
Shop a collection of unique pieces from emerging Australia labels and meet the designers behind them. Some of the up and coming labels you can expect to see include Post Sole Studio, Maude Studio, Natalija, Collective Closets, Citizen Wolf and Hew.
Monday 4 September
5:00pm – 11:00pm
Melbourne Town Hall Forecourt
Walking distance from the T&G Building: 5 minutes
Experience a live showcase of designs by some of Australia’s leading ethical fashion labels, taking place at the Melbourne Town Hall forecourt. Arrive and see the local textile, clothing and footwear brands that are contributing to creating a more transparent fashion industry.
